Change & Communications Manager

About the role

HAMBS is seeking a Change & Communications Manager to lead people‑centric change and communication strategies that support enterprise‑wide transformation and cultural evolution. Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, you will shape how internal and external stakeholders experience and adopt change.

Key responsibilities

• Inform, engage and support stakeholders throughout transformation initiatives.
• Develop training frameworks and coach leaders to embed change.
• Support delivery of the integrated Target Operating Model and culture roadmap.
• Elevate change capability for the program Transition Team.
• Design, deliver and implement internal transition frameworks for transformational programs.
• Create and manage business and user readiness and acceptance plans, addressing gaps and resistance.
• Partner with People & Culture to drive cultural change, organisational design and role definition.
• Map and manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring clear and timely communication.
• Facilitate open communication, resolve conflicts and foster collaboration across teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience in large‑scale technological and organisational change.
• Background in strategic communications, public relations or corporate affairs.
• Deep understanding of the human side of change and the change process.
• Resilient, tenacious and a strong team player aligned with HAMBS values.
• Relevant degree in business, behavioural sciences or a related field.
• Change management certification (essential).
