Certificate III Educator – Early Learning Centre

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Certificate III qualified Educator to join our Holder Early Learning Centre. The role is based in a Reggio Emilia‑inspired environment where you will help create thoughtful, engaging learning spaces that foster inquiry, creativity and meaningful exploration for children.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain stimulating indoor and outdoor learning environments.
• Deliver early childhood education programmes aligned with the EYLF and NQF frameworks.
• Ensure the safety and wellbeing of children, adhering to our safeguarding policies.
• Communicate effectively with families and collaborate with the centre team.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation as required by regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (mandatory).
• Availability to work 7 am–6 pm, Monday to Friday on a full‑time basis (76 hrs fortnightly).
• Solid experience in the early childhood sector.
• Strong communication skills and sound knowledge of EYLF & NQF.
• Foundations of Child Safety Training Certificate (mandatory).
• Current paid ACT Working With Vulnerable People (WWVP) card (mandatory).
