Centre Director – Early Learning

About the role

Lead and develop Goodstart's Logan Village centre, guiding educators and delivering a high‑quality learning program for children and families.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver the bespoke learning program created with global pedagogical leaders.
• Build and nurture a talented team of early learning professionals, fostering reflective practice and continuous improvement.
• Plan for the centre’s future, grow attendance, and maintain a revenue‑generating business.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or working towards).
• Experience leading and managing change in education, health or community services.
• Proven commercial acumen with financial and operational performance management.
• Experience delivering integrated early childhood services in disadvantaged areas.

Required skills

• Certificate of Completion for the National Child Safety Foundation Training (via Geccko platform).
