Catering Assistant / Supervisor – Adelaide

About the role

Eurest, a workplace food and catering partner of Compass Group Australia, is recruiting Catering Assistants and Catering Supervisors across Adelaide. The pay is $27.09 - $31.31 per hour plus superannuation and penalty rates, with evening, overnight and early morning shifts available.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to guests, clients and team members
• Prepare food including sandwiches, salads and buffet offerings
• Maintain high standards of food safety, cleanliness and presentation
• Support daily kitchen and service operations
• Supervise and support team members during service periods
• Assist with rostering, inventory management and administration
• Keep service areas clean and well maintained

Required profile

• Positive attitude and strong customer service focus
• Thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable, organised and able to work independently
• Previous catering, food service or hospitality experience
• Flexibility across varying shift times; previous supervisory experience is advantageous for leadership roles

Required skills

• Food Safety Supervisor certification and coffee-making experience are highly regarded
