Casual Team Member - Distribution Centre

About the role

Kmart and Target are hiring casual team members for their Jandakot distribution centre. The team keeps products moving from the supply chain to stores, and you will join a fast-moving group that unloads, sorts and sends goods to the store network. Shifts alternate between 6am and midnight.

Key responsibilities

• Service store teams and customers effectively
• Work on the sorter and process cartons
• Stack products on pallets
• Load cartons onto the conveyor
• Forklift tasks may be included

Required profile

• Aged 18 years or over (required to work in the DC)
• Mature, enthusiastic and engaging
• Distribution centre or warehouse experience preferred
• Experienced MHE drivers and HRW (LF) holders encouraged to apply
• Ability to follow safety guidelines and maintain site standards

Required skills

• Technical knowledge of warehouse systems is highly regarded
• Physical ability to lift repeatedly between 1kg and 20kg and to bend and squat repetitively
