Key responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service, using product knowledge to guide shoppers and drive sales.
• Handle cash and digital transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and stockroom, and uphold visual merchandising standards.
• Support loss‑prevention practices and address customer complaints professionally.
• Assist with stock replenishment, pricing, and preparation for promotions.

Required profile

• Background in sales, retail or customer service.
