Casual Rental Sales Agent - Melbourne Airport

About the role

SIXT Australia is looking for a Casual Rental Sales Agent at its Melbourne Airport location. The role is the first point of contact for customers, handling rental agreements and enquiries with a service-oriented approach. The position is advertised as a Rental Sales Agent but is referred to internally as Customer Experience Agent / Vehicle Detailer.

Key responsibilities

• Handle rental agreements and customer inquiries with an organised, service-oriented approach.
• Tailor offers based on the wide variety of available products and fleet.
• Manage bookings and customer data accurately and securely through the company's tech platforms.
• Champion SIXT Australia's values, premium service standards, compliance and operating protocols.

Required profile

• Passion for sales and a commitment to a premium standard of service.
• Strong communication and teamwork, with a proactive attitude toward improving performance.
• Adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail and computer literacy.
• Willingness to work location trading hours, Monday to Sunday, including school holidays, weekends and public holidays.
• Experience in sales in retail, dealership, technology, insurance or real estate is preferable but not essential.
• Current provisional or full driver's licence and working rights in Australia; a National Criminal History Check and pre-employment medical check (including drug and alcohol screening) are required.
