Casual Production Operator – Night Shift

About the role

Join Nestlé Broadford’s night‑shift team as a Casual Production Operator. You will support the manufacturing line from 11:30 pm to 7:30 am, ensuring that product quality and safety standards are consistently met in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect products on the line to verify compliance with quality specifications.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area throughout the shift.
• Follow all safety procedures, work instructions, and standard operating procedures.
• Collaborate with teammates to achieve daily production targets.

Required profile

• Availability to work night shifts, typically Sunday‑Thursday nights.
• Flexibility to respond to short‑notice call‑outs and arrive on‑site within one hour.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to product quality.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a high‑tempo setting.
• Focus on safety, reliability, and teamwork.
