Casual Merchandiser – Western Suburbs (Adelaide)

About the role

Join Nestlé’s field team in the Western Suburbs of Adelaide and bring iconic brands to life across the grocery channel. This casual position offers flexible hours on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, with the opportunity to add extra shifts during peak periods such as Back to School and winter activations.

Key responsibilities

• Represent Nestlé in Coles, Woolworths and independent stores, ensuring brand visibility.
• Build and maintain in‑store displays, secure shelf space and drive standout execution.
• Partner with store managers to influence commercial outcomes and achieve sales targets.
• Follow a weekly plan while being available for additional hours during busy periods.
• Take ownership of daily activities with support from the Territory Sales Manager.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a retail or customer‑facing environment.
• Confident communicator who enjoys building relationships with store staff.
• Valid unrestricted driver’s licence and access to a personal vehicle.
• Hands‑on approach – comfortable lifting, moving and constructing displays.
• Proficient with a mobile device to document work and capture display highlights.
