Casual Merchandiser – Regional (Bega, NSW)

About the role

Join Nestlé as a Casual Merchandiser covering the Bega, Tathra, Merimbula and Tura Beach region. Work 12‑15 hours per week, Wednesday‑Friday, with flexibility for extra hours during peak periods.

Key responsibilities

• Represent Nestlé across the grocery channel (Coles, Woolworths and independent stores).
• Build and maintain in‑store displays, secure shelf space and ensure standout execution.
• Partner with store managers to influence product placement and drive commercial outcomes.
• Follow a weekly plan, take ownership of daily activities and receive support from the Territory Sales Manager.

Required profile

• Retail or customer‑facing experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships.
• Valid unrestricted driver’s licence and own vehicle for regional travel.
• Comfortable lifting, moving and constructing displays.
• Proficient with a mobile device to document work and capture display highlights.
• Lives locally and can work independently on the road.
• Organised, safety‑focused and motivated to achieve results.
• Full Australian working rights and willingness to undergo pre‑employment checks.
