Casual Housekeeper - Blue Dolphin Resort, Yamba

About the role

NRMA Parks & Resorts is hiring casual housekeepers for Blue Dolphin Resort in Yamba. The work is split into two flexible shift blocks: housekeeping between 8am and 3pm, and amenities cleaning between 3pm and 9pm, so you can choose daytime, afternoon/evening or mixed hours.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and prepare cabins and accommodation for arriving guests
• Change linen, make beds and ensure bathrooms are clean
• Vacuum, mop and sweep, and keep indoor and outdoor areas tidy
• Clean and maintain guest amenities and shared resort spaces
• Complete mid-stay cleans and housekeeping checklists
• Report maintenance or safety issues
• Help with guest requests

Required profile

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• A reliable, hands-on approach and an eye for detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a busy, supportive team
• Good understanding of hygiene and safe work practices
• Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays as required

Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience is an advantage but not essential.
