Casual Enrolled Nurse – Residential Aged Care

About the role

Mercy Health is seeking expressions of interest from Enrolled Nurses for its residential aged care home in Shepperton. As a casual Enrolled Nurse, you will help create cherished moments and better health outcomes for residents each day.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality care to elderly residents.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with Registered Nurses and other care team members to develop and implement care plans.
• Monitor and report on residents' health and well-being.
• Support residents with daily living activities.

Required profile

• Resilient, compassionate and committed to resident-centred care.
• Recognised tertiary qualification and current Enrolled Nurse registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
• NDIS clearance, or in the process of obtaining it.
• Demonstrated record of achievement and experience in residential aged care is preferred.

• Ability to nurture friendly, respectful relationships and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
