About the role

Join Wilson Sporting Goods at our new store in Burnside and represent the brand to customers and the community. You will create an exceptional athlete experience by educating shoppers on performance sportswear and hardgoods while fostering an inclusive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional athlete experiences and provide product education.
• Handle cash, process register transactions, and manage inventory.
• Replenish sales‑floor items and maintain store cleanliness throughout the day.
• Support store projects, brand initiatives, and merchandising for easy shopping and visual appeal.
• Communicate openly with team members and store leadership.

Required profile

• Experience in sales, retail, or customer service.
• Passion for Wilson products, especially tennis apparel and racquets.
• Availability for approx. 15 hours per week, including evenings.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑first mindset.
• Ability to work autonomously in an entrepreneurial environment.
