About the role

JBS Pork Australia, part of the global JBS group, is recruiting a casual Administration Officer for its Farming Team at the Huntly site. The role provides administrative support, document and systems management (including SharePoint), SAP data entry and maintenance, and injury management support.

Key responsibilities

  • Maintain computer programs such as SharePoint, SAP, databases and libraries
  • Maintain management system documentation, including document control
  • Contribute to key business activities and initiatives as required
  • Carry out general data entry and word processing tasks
  • Support return-to-work processes by helping collect and record documentation
  • Provide backup support to team members during their absences

Required profile

  • Strong computer skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Excellent time management and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a team or independently, self-motivated
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
  • Current driver's licence
  • Experience in SAP is desirable but not essential
