Case Manager – Compulsory Third Party Claims

About the role

QBE is seeking a Case Manager to join its Queensland Compulsory Third Party (CTP) Claims team. You will play a pivotal role in guiding injured road users through their recovery journey, ensuring they receive the support and services needed after a motor vehicle accident.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional, empathetic customer service at every touchpoint.
• Manage end‑to‑end CTP claims, coordinating with doctors, treatment providers and solicitors.
• Identify clinical information and develop effective case‑management plans within legislative timeframes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with claimants, helping them navigate the recovery process.
• Utilise negotiation and technical skills to resolve claims efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.

Required profile

• Experience in insurance, preferably in claims or personal injury management.
• Customer‑focused, caring and empathetic communication style.
• Resilient, decisive and able to work independently.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and capacity to prioritise workload.
