Caravan Park Manager – NSW South Coast (Live-In)

About the role

An experienced Caravan Park Manager is sought to run the day-to-day operations of a beachside caravan park on the NSW South Coast. The park mainly serves annual site holders, with tourist sites open to holidaymakers during peak periods. This is a hands-on management role requiring strong administration, financial management and people skills, with accommodation provided on site.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily park operations and site holder relationships
• Manage arrears recovery and review the weekly debtor ledger with ownership
• Maintain accurate records, reporting and spreadsheets using RMS
• Manage site sales, transfers and related administration
• Handle occupant issues, formal notices, compliance matters and NCAT proceedings as required
• Oversee visitor registration, trespass notices and security, liaising with local police where necessary
• Coordinate contractors and ensure works are completed
• Assist with basic maintenance and after-hours call-outs when required
• Work with ownership to improve occupancy, arrears recovery and site holder satisfaction

Required profile

• Previous experience in holiday park, caravan park, land-lease community or similar property management
• Experience managing arrears, occupants and compliance matters
• Calm under pressure, with sound judgement and a firm, fair and consistent approach
• Approachable, empathetic and professional, with excellent communication skills
• Resilient, self-motivated and able to take ownership and follow matters through to completion
• National Police Clearance required before starting

Required skills

• Strong administrative skills and confidence with financial reporting and property management systems
• RMS experience is advantageous

What we offer

• Base salary of $70,000-$80,000 plus superannuation
