Campus Minister (Faith & Pastoral Support)

About the role

The Campus Minister provides vibrant faith, spiritual and pastoral support to students while energising the religious life of the whole school community at San Sisto College.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in planning religious festivals and celebrations, highlighting diversity and encouraging student participation.
• Assist in professional learning and strategic support to develop spiritual and theological practices for staff, students and community members.
• Collaborate on developing, promoting and evaluating formation programmes and resources aligned with the Catholic Identity Strategy.
• Design, develop and facilitate prayer, reflection and liturgical experiences for the school community.
• Provide regular, vibrant faith and pastoral care to students.

Required profile

• Commitment to Catholic values and the Dominican tradition.
• Strong interpersonal and pastoral skills to engage with students, staff and families.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a school environment.
• Flexibility to work two days per week (15.20 hours) and adapt schedule as needed.

Required skills

• Experience in planning and delivering religious events and liturgies.
• Knowledge of Catholic theology and spiritual formation.
• Ability to facilitate prayer and reflection sessions.
