Campaign Executive – Marvel

About the role

The Campaign Executive will join Disney's Integrated Marketing team in Melbourne, partnering with the Campaign Manager and senior stakeholders to design and launch high‑impact campaigns for Marvel titles across theatrical, on‑platform and in‑home windows.

Key responsibilities

• Support delivery of integrated campaigns across theatrical, on‑platform and in‑home windows to maximise performance.
• Contribute to local strategy, creative positioning and campaign planning.
• Build commercial acumen by supporting P&L development and revenue optimisation.
• Champion titles across the business, developing strong product knowledge and stakeholder engagement.
• Create compelling campaign materials, including presentations and marketing assets.
• Support in‑home planning, business cases, budgeting and cross‑team collaboration (Disney+, Sales, Trade Marketing).
• Assist in executing campaigns locally using global insights and local market data.
• Work with media and creative agencies to brief, develop and deliver campaigns.
• Manage campaign assets, timelines and budgets, ensuring high‑quality, on‑time delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related discipline.
• 3+ years of marketing/entertainment experience.
• Experience briefing or booking paid media.
• Proven ability to develop marketing processes using strategic analysis and frameworks.
• Solid experience initiating cross‑functional projects and driving them to completion.
• Experience in online social marketing and the digital landscape.
• Exposure to budget management and cost control.
• Willingness to support administrative tasks for the marketing team.
• Desirable: knowledge of new technology trends, digital distribution and media platforms.
