Call Centre Representative – Immediate Start

About the role

We are seeking energetic individuals to join our Sydney call centre as Telefundraising Representatives. The role involves making outbound calls to engage current and potential supporters of leading Australian and New Zealand charities, with a focus on achieving sales targets and earning uncapped bonuses.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to existing and new charity supporters.
• Build rapport and present fundraising campaigns confidently.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team performance.
• Accurately record customer information and call outcomes.

Required profile

• Confident communicator who enjoys talking to people.
• Motivated by goals, targets and performance-based bonuses.
• Positive, resilient and eager to succeed.
• Full working rights or eligible for a Working Holiday Visa.
• Availability to work 4-5 days, Monday to Friday.
