Buyer's Assistant

About the role

The Buyer’s Assistant will support the buying team in executing long‑term and short‑term strategies, handling store queries, and maintaining product data across systems.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the buyer with analytical and administrative tasks, including data analysis in Excel and SAP.
• Load promotions, manage product samples, and proof catalogues.
• Maintain master data, handle e‑commerce queries, and optimise product content for the website and promotional channels.
• Ensure data integrity, standardisation, and regular updates for the buying team.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
• Experience in marketing support or retail environment (advantageous).
• Excellent time‑management, multitasking, and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, changing environment.

Required skills

• Proficient use of Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with SAP.
