Buyer's Agent – Shellharbour & Illawarra

About the role

Join the fastest‑growing Buyer’s Agency in Australia as a Retail Buyer’s Agent embedded in an Aussie Store. You will work closely with mortgage brokers and in‑store teams to turn finance‑approved customers into successful property purchases.

Key responsibilities

• Work with finance‑ready clients to understand their property needs and source suitable properties from on‑market, pre‑market and off‑market channels.
• Conduct due diligence, lead negotiations and manage the buying process from start to finish.
• Build strong relationships with industry stakeholders and partner with brokers to align on client goals and timing.
• Run buyer strategy sessions and tailor property briefs to each client.

Required profile

• Class 1/Full Real Estate License (or equivalent) with a proven track record of 20+ end‑to‑end residential transactions.
• Established networks to source off‑market and pre‑market opportunities.
• Strong knowledge of the local market and buyer psychology.
• Negotiation skills that build trust and deliver great outcomes.

Required skills

• Real estate licensing (Class 1/Full).
• Property research and due‑diligence.
• Negotiation and deal management.
