Buyer’s Agent – Residential Property Specialist

About the role

Join Lendi Group’s fast‑growing Buyer’s Agency as a Retail Buyer’s Agent embedded in an Aussie Store in Gosford. You will work closely with mortgage brokers and in‑store teams to turn finance‑approved customers into successful property purchases.

Key responsibilities

• Engage finance‑ready clients, understand their property needs and source suitable properties from on‑market, pre‑market and off‑market channels.
• Conduct due diligence, lead negotiations and manage the end‑to‑end buying process.
• Build strong relationships with brokers, industry stakeholders and local community members.
• Run buyer strategy sessions, tailor property briefs and deliver outstanding service that earns repeat business.

Required profile

• Class 1/Full Real Estate License (or equivalent).
• Proven track record of managing 20+ residential transactions from start to finish.
• Established networks for sourcing off‑market and pre‑market opportunities.
• Deep knowledge of the local market and buyer psychology.

Required skills

• Negotiation skills that build trust and deliver strong outcomes.
• Ability to conduct property research and due‑diligence analysis.
