Buyer's Agent – Coolum Beach

About the role

As a Retail Buyer’s Agent you will be based in an Aussie Store in Coolum Beach, working closely with mortgage brokers and in‑store teams to turn finance‑approved customers into successful property purchases.

Key responsibilities

• Work with finance‑ready clients to understand their property needs and source suitable properties from on‑market, pre‑market and off‑market channels.
• Conduct due diligence, lead negotiations and manage the buying process from start to finish.
• Build strong relationships with industry stakeholders and partner with brokers to align on client goals and timing.

Required profile

• Class 1/Full Real Estate License (or equivalent) with a proven track record of 20+ end‑to‑end residential transactions.
• Established networks to source off‑market and pre‑market opportunities and strong knowledge of the local market and buyer psychology.

Required skills

• Negotiation skills that build trust and deliver great outcomes.
• Ability to conduct property research and due diligence.
