Buyer's Agent – Bellarine

About the role

Join Aussie’s fast‑growing Buyer’s Agency as a Retail Buyer’s Agent embedded in an Aussie Store. You’ll work closely with mortgage brokers and in‑store teams to turn finance‑approved customers into successful property purchases across the Bellarine region.

Key responsibilities

• Work with finance‑ready clients to understand their property needs and source suitable properties from on‑market, pre‑market and off‑market channels.
• Conduct due diligence, lead negotiations and manage the end‑to‑end buying process, ensuring a smooth transaction for the client.
• Build strong relationships with brokers, industry stakeholders and clients to generate repeat business and referrals.
• Run buyer strategy sessions, tailor property briefs and partner with brokers to align on client goals and timing.

Required profile

• Class 1 (or equivalent) Real Estate Licence.
• Proven track record of managing 20+ residential transactions from start to finish.
• Deep knowledge of the local Bellarine market, sourcing techniques and buyer psychology.
• Strong negotiation skills that build trust and deliver positive outcomes.
