About the role
The Apprenticeship Factory is working with a host employer in Shepparton, Goulburn Valley Region, looking for a Business Trainee with strong customer service skills and an interest in learning financial tasks. The role is full-time and permanent.
Key responsibilities
- Attend to reception, answer phones and respond to emails
- Manage petty cash
- Collect mail and organise postage
- Assist with bank and credit card reconciliations
- Organise accommodation and conference bookings
Required profile
- Strong customer service skills
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Able to work well in a team and well presented
- Valid Australian driver's licence
