Business Systems Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Business Systems Specialist to join PBCC Properties, a global property management organisation. The role will support the implementation, integration and day‑to‑day administration of core business applications across multiple regions.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and maintain operational systems including ERP, expense management, governance, safety and collaboration platforms.
• Support system integration and configuration, ensuring consistent and accurate data across platforms.
• Manage user access, onboarding/off‑boarding and role‑based permissions in Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
• Create reports and dashboards for management, compliance and operational decision‑making, preferably using Power BI.
• Troubleshoot issues, provide end‑user support and deliver training.
• Document processes, develop SOPs and suggest workflow improvements.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to optimise system performance.

Required profile

• 3–7 years of experience in business systems administration, IT operations or application support.
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, SharePoint and reporting tools (Power BI preferred).
• Experience with ERP/SaaS platforms (finance, governance, safety) is desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with global or distributed teams.
• Comfortable documenting processes and creating SOPs/workflows.
• Tertiary qualifications in IT, business systems, data management or a related discipline preferred.
