Business Systems Analyst (D365)

About the role

Sodexo is seeking a Business Systems Analyst with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 to bridge business processes and technology within its IFMS environment. The role supports digital transformation, ensuring solutions are scalable, efficient and aligned with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to analyse end‑to‑end processes, conduct workshops and document current and future‑state workflows.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications, collaborate with solution architects and developers, and validate designs against D365 best practices.
• Support configuration, testing and user acceptance testing, ensuring successful deployment and data validation.
• Develop training materials, deliver user training, and provide post‑implementation support and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 Business Analyst, Functional Consultant or Solution Analyst in complex, multi‑site environments.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across functions.

Required skills

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 functional configuration (forms, workflows, dashboards).
• Power Platform components – Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps.
• Understanding of Azure services and basic relational database concepts (SQL).
• Business process mapping, documentation and user story creation.
