Business Management Manager – VP, IBCM

About the role

The Business Management Manager leads the Business Management function for a discreet sub‑unit within IBCM, overseeing strategic planning, financial control, headcount, IT and operations, and facilities management.

Key responsibilities

• Advise Front Office on business management and control matters.
• Develop and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including regulators and auditors.
• Lead change initiatives, project‑manage IBCM strategy and productivity initiatives.
• Manage expense and cost controls, including travel, gifts, market data, and deal‑related costs.
• Produce senior‑management reporting and update operating policies and procedures.
• Deliver remediation activities for APAC audit findings and drive control enhancements and automation.

Required profile

• At least 7 years of relevant experience, preferably at a top‑tier investment bank.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to challenge processes, drive change and present complex information clearly.
• Proven experience leveraging AI tools to improve productivity while ensuring ethical use.
