Business Intelligence Analyst

About the role

Join Lovisa’s global Data & Technology team as a Business Intelligence Analyst, reporting to the Business Intelligence Manager in Warsaw. You will help transform data into actionable insights across Retail, Merchandising, Finance and Operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead migration of reports from SSRS to Power BI and support stakeholders during the transition.
• Design, develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports and data products.
• Gather and translate business requirements into scalable analytical solutions.
• Analyse large datasets to identify trends, opportunities and actionable insights.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to solve business problems using data‑driven recommendations.
• Ensure data integrity, quality and governance across reporting solutions.
• Support operational reporting requests and manage business‑critical reporting tickets.
• Work with the Data & IT team to enhance data platforms, reporting capabilities and processes.
• Train and support users to build confidence in Power BI and self‑service analytics.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analysis or a similar role.
• Commercially‑minded with strong consulting and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to gather requirements and partner with stakeholders across multiple business functions.

Required skills

• Power BI development (dashboards and paginated reports).
• Advanced SQL.
• Experience with SSRS and report migration projects.
• Microsoft SQL Server, SSIS.
• Azure technologies (Databricks, Synapse or similar).
• Data modelling, ETL/ELT processes.
