Business Development Specialist – Sydney

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Business Development Specialist to grow Warmup’s presence across Sydney and NSW. Reporting to the Business Manager, you will drive new sales, nurture existing client relationships and promote our premium underfloor heating and related products.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities throughout Sydney.
• Build and maintain relationships with electrical wholesalers, builders, contractors, developers and distributors.
• Promote Warmup’s heating, waterproofing and other product ranges.
• Conduct product demonstrations and provide customer training.
• Collaborate with architects and specifiers to secure project specifications.
• Follow up on quotations and convert opportunities into sales.
• Manage sales pipeline and CRM data.
• Represent Warmup at industry events, trade shows and networking functions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development or B2B sales.
• Background in construction, electrical, plumbing or building products (preferred).
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven attitude.
• Current Australian driver’s licence.

Required skills

• Experience using a CRM system to track sales activities.
