Business Development Specialist (Part‑time, Performance‑Rewarded)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Business Development Specialist to drive growth for The Outlier Group’s three core verticals. Working part‑time initially, you will help enterprise clients adopt our change‑activation solutions and expand our unique skate‑park advisory service.

Key responsibilities

• Sell the Adoption Accelerator™ and AI‑Human Workforce Design services to senior leaders in large organisations.
• Promote and license our proprietary Change Readiness diagnostic tool, acquiring new enterprise customers and enabling partners to resell the solution.
• Lead community‑engagement and advisory activities for skate‑park and public‑precinct projects.
• Develop and own your sales approach, set targets, and report performance against agreed metrics.
• Collaborate with a small, high‑performing team to refine value propositions and go‑to‑market strategies.

Required profile

• Proven experience selling professional services or B2B solutions.
• Ability to translate complex value propositions into clear, compelling messages.
• Self‑motivated and comfortable working without micromanagement.
• Strong interest in change management and organisational transformation.
• Curiosity about people, organisations and how they operate.
• Confidence to communicate effectively in both boardrooms and informal settings such as skate‑parks.
