Business Development Representative – Coffee & Café Accounts

About the role

As a Business Development Representative at Noumi, you will drive growth for the MILKLAB brand by securing high‑value opportunities across café groups, large venues and strategic accounts. You will manage the full sales cycle, from initial conversation to successful rollout, while building lasting partnerships with coffee roasters, distributors and café owners.

Key responsibilities

• Win new business across key account groups, large café venues and strategic customers.
• Develop and manage a strong pipeline of commercial opportunities.
• Lead negotiations on pricing, commercial agreements and contract renewals.
• Build strategic partnerships with coffee roasters and distributors to drive joint growth.
• Identify opportunities to expand MILKLAB’s presence across metro and regional markets.
• Deliver accurate sales forecasting and pipeline reporting.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful customer onboarding and long‑term success.

Required profile

• Confident relationship builder with a genuine passion for coffee.
• Experience in business development, field sales or account management within FMCG, foodservice or the coffee industry.
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills with a track record of winning new business.
• Ability to analyse data, identify opportunities and make commercially sound decisions.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• High levels of resilience, initiative and drive.
• Strong organisation and time‑management skills, able to manage your own territory.
