Business Development Manager – Travel Solutions

About the role

As a Business Development Manager at Flight Centre Business Travel, you will own the full sales cycle – from prospecting fresh leads to delivering compelling pitches and closing new client accounts. Success is measured by the growth of new client relationships, achievement of sales targets, and high client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively generate leads and reach out to companies that could benefit from our travel solutions through outbound cold calls.
• Engage prospects to understand their travel requirements, explain how our services save money and simplify travel programs.
• Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new clients and connect them with dedicated travel teams for ongoing support.

Required profile

• Strong experience in outbound sales, multi‑channel lead generation, prospecting and cold calling.
• Self‑motivated, driven and passionate about meeting sales targets and KPIs.
• Excellent networking, negotiation, communication and presentation abilities, able to engage people from diverse backgrounds.
• Thrives in a fast‑paced, outcome‑focused environment and is highly organised with strong time‑management skills.
