About the role
This hands‑on sales and business leadership position will drive growth for Flip’s telecom division in NSW. You’ll identify and acquire new business opportunities, build strong client relationships and develop strategic partnerships while working on‑site in Sydney.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to expand the NSW telecom business.
- Identify, pursue and close new opportunities with SME and enterprise clients.
- Maintain and grow existing client accounts to maximise value.
- Serve as the primary point of contact, delivering tailored telecom solutions.
- Collaborate with technical, marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Track sales performance, report on KPIs, revenue targets and market trends.
- Represent Flip at industry events, networking opportunities and trade shows.
Required profile
- Proven sales and business development experience, preferably in telecommunications or technology solutions.
- Strong understanding of telecom products, services and industry trends.
- Ability to work independently and lead initiatives with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑management skills.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
