About the role
Daltech is seeking a results‑driven Business Development Manager to expand new business and strengthen client relationships across the mining, civil and industrial sectors. The role offers high autonomy in a fast‑paced environment, focusing on growth and market share.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and win new business opportunities to increase market share.
- Build and manage a CRM‑driven sales pipeline.
- Develop proposals, tenders and scopes of work.
- Manage and expand key client accounts.
- Collaborate with operations to ensure seamless delivery.
- Achieve revenue, margin and growth targets.
- Represent Daltech at industry events and in the market.
Required profile
- Proven business development or sales experience in heavy mining or plant machinery.
- Strong relationship‑building and negotiation abilities.
- Track record of meeting sales and revenue targets.
- Highly organised with effective pipeline management.
- Experience in mining, civil or heavy equipment sectors (preferred).
