About the role
Dilap Group, an independent engineering firm specialising in dilapidation reports for builders and developers across Sydney, is seeking a Business Development Manager to expand relationships with major builders.
Key responsibilities
- Develop relationships with project teams at Tier 1 and Tier 2 builders.
- Bring new projects to the Dilap Group team.
Required profile
- Track record in sales or business development in Sydney construction.
- Established contacts across NSW & Sydney's construction industry.
- Own ABN and commission‑based compensation.
Required skills
- Demonstrated experience in business development, sales, or account management within engineering, construction, property, or related professional services.
- Strong skills in lead generation, pipeline management, and client relationship building.
- Knowledge of the Greater Sydney property and infrastructure market.
- Valid right to work in Australia, driver’s licence and willingness to travel to client sites.
