Business Development Manager

About the role

Stuba is seeking a remote Business Development Manager to expand its network of travel partners and drive revenue growth across key markets. You will work independently to identify new opportunities, nurture relationships, and showcase Stuba’s B2B accommodation booking solution.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities within the travel and hospitality sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective partners.
• Present Stuba’s value proposition through calls, virtual meetings, and industry events.
• Prepare sales forecasts and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Report regularly on pipeline progress, performance metrics, and business outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven business development and B2B sales experience in travel, hospitality, or related industries, preferably in South Australia.
• Strong relationship and account management capabilities focused on partner success.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and written/ verbal communication skills.
• Ability to analyse data, interpret market trends, and translate insights into commercial actions.
• Comfortable with remote work, effective time management, and self‑directed planning.
• Experience using CRM and sales tools to manage pipelines and track performance.
• Knowledge of hotel distribution, wholesale accommodation, or travel technology is a plus.
