Business Development Manager

About the role

Gazer is building a collective security system that turns every vehicle and dashcam into community eyes. As a Business Development Manager you will expand our reach by creating and managing partnerships across the automotive electronics ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage distributors, retailers, dealerships, online marketplaces, service centers and corporate clients in international markets.
• Negotiate joint projects, activations and strategic initiatives with new and existing partners.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date partner and customer database, tracking contacts and interaction history.
• Analyse market trends and competitive landscape to uncover growth opportunities.
• Collect partner feedback to guide product optimisation and service improvements.
• Prepare reports and analytics to evaluate business initiatives and support decision‑making.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or business development.
• Experience in the automotive or electronics industry is a plus.
• Proficiency in Ukrainian or Russian is a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Analytical mindset with the capacity to work with large data sets.
• Independent, initiative‑driven and results‑oriented.
