Business Development Manager – B2B Telecom Sales

About the role

We are looking for an ambitious, people‑focused sales professional to join our Woollahra team. As a Business Development Manager you will generate new business opportunities, build strong relationships with local businesses and sell Vodafone Business Mobile solutions across the Sydney market.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities throughout Sydney.
• Engage with business owners to understand their connectivity challenges.
• Promote and sell Vodafone Business Mobile products and solutions.
• Prepare proposals and present tailored solutions to customers.
• Manage your sales pipeline and achieve agreed monthly targets.
• Build long‑term client relationships to drive retention and repeat business.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
• Proactively source opportunities, including cold calling and independent outreach.
• Leverage existing business relationships to uncover and convert new opportunities.

Required profile

• Experience in sales or customer‑facing roles.
• Telecommunications experience is valued but not mandatory.
• Strong desire to build a long‑term career in business development and B2B sales.
• Confident communicator with natural rapport‑building ability.
• Self‑motivated, resilient and results‑focused.
• Ability to work independently while receiving coaching and support.
• Willingness to work full‑time on‑site in Woollahra, NSW.
