Business Development Manager – Aged Care & NDIS

About the role

My Guardian is seeking a Business Development Manager to expand its aged care and NDIS services across Adelaide and the wider South Australian market. This relationship‑focused position will drive referral networks, generate new business, and raise brand awareness within the community.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, families, hospitals, GPs, allied health providers, and community groups.
• Promote My Guardian’s services and values through networking, community outreach, and professional engagement.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across referral networks, partnerships, events, and other channels.
• Conduct initial consultations, understand client needs, and convert leads into active clients.
• Meet and exceed onboarding KPIs through proactive lead generation and efficient conversion.
• Collaborate on innovative marketing and referral initiatives.
• Oversee client onboarding, guide families through service options and funding pathways, and coordinate scheduling with internal teams.
• Act as primary contact during early service delivery, monitor satisfaction, and address concerns promptly.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development or client acquisition, preferably within aged care, disability services, or related health sectors.
• Strong networking and relationship‑building abilities.
• Motivation to achieve growth targets while making a positive community impact.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment.
