Business Development Executive – Partner Growth

About the role

We are looking for a Business Development Executive to drive revenue growth by identifying, engaging and onboarding new partners and mid‑size resellers (MSRs) for Superloop’s telecom and technology solutions. You will work closely with the Sales and Customer Connections teams to build a robust partner pipeline and support the delivery of end‑to‑end sales processes.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective partners to expand the partner ecosystem.
• Achieve and exceed onboarding targets for new mid‑market partners.
• Analyse market intelligence and develop strategic plans to meet personal and business goals.
• Prepare customised business proposals and present value propositions to decision‑makers.
• Maintain accurate opportunity forecasts and sales reporting.
• Develop strong relationships with partners, understanding their business challenges.
• Support partners with product training, requests and issue resolution.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development or sales within the telecom or technology sector.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Proactive, results‑oriented mindset with a track record of meeting sales targets.
• Ability to analyse market trends and translate insights into actionable plans.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building capabilities.
