Business Development Executive

About the role

A fast-growing staffing and talent solutions firm based in Sydney places professionals across IT, Government, Engineering, Finance and Investment Banking. It is recruiting a Business Development Executive for its Sydney CBD office on a full-time, hybrid basis. The role drives new business across enterprise, government and mid-market clients.

Key responsibilities

• Drive new business development across enterprise, government and mid-market clients.
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and closing.
• Promote Contract-to-Hire, Direct Hire, Staff Augmentation, SOW and Consulting solutions.
• Collaborate with recruitment teams to deliver quality talent solutions.
• Manage the sales pipeline and achieve business development targets.

Required profile

• 3+ years of B2B sales or business development experience.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Experience in recruitment, staffing, IT services or consulting is an advantage.
• Good understanding of the Australian business market and culture.

Required skills

• Prospecting, cold-calling, networking and negotiation.
• Sales pipeline management.
