Business Analyst – 6‑Month Contract

About the role
Leidos Australia is seeking an experienced Business Analyst for a maximum six‑month contract. The role bridges business needs and delivery outcomes, supporting projects for the Australian Digital Health Agency, including platforms such as My Health Record.
Key responsibilities
- Translate business domain knowledge into clear, actionable requirements and user stories.
- Engage with stakeholders across architecture, client, project management, testing and development teams.
- Maintain a well‑structured backlog using Azure DevOps and ensure traceability in Jira.
- Facilitate and run Agile ceremonies, workshops and governance forums.
- Work independently in an ambiguous environment, driving clarity and alignment.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and Agile certification.
- Extensive experience leading requirements in complex technology environments.
- Proven ability to produce clear, testable requirements and manage risks, assumptions and dependencies.
- Australian citizenship with baseline security clearance.
