Business Advisory Manager, Salesforce (Healthcare & Human Services)

About the role

FTI Consulting is a global expert firm for organisations facing crisis and transformation, and its Healthcare & Human Services practice is growing. It is looking for a candidate based in NSW, QLD or WA with 6+ years of professional experience in Digital Delivery; the internal title will be Director. The role sits in the Salesforce ecosystem and extends into broader Digital Transformation, working with leading Health and Aged Care organisations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead digital and technology strategies for Health organisations, centring the human in every experience
• Develop business requirements, user stories and solution design with clients and delivery teams
• Lead delivery of digital transformation programs for Health organisations
• Lead and coach teams, build relationships with senior clients and run business development activities
• Work on client sites to run project and business readiness initiatives, including workshops, keeping projects on time, in scope and with measurable outcomes

Required profile

• 6+ years of relevant experience
• Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent
• Experience delivering digital transformations at portfolio, program or project level, with agile and waterfall delivery
• Experience with the Salesforce ecosystem and with Human Centred Design, working with Service and UX designers
• Understanding of digital technologies and best practices in health and human services
• Willingness to travel within the country and unrestricted working rights in Australia
• Preferred: consulting or professional services background, Project Management certification (e.g. Prince2, MSP, PMBoK, Agile), confidence leading large, multi-disciplinary teams
