About the role
The Building Supervisor is a full‑time position responsible for overseeing day‑to‑day building operations on high‑end residential projects.
Key responsibilities
- Liaise with contractors and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
- Order materials and manage supply chain requirements.
- Program schedules and control project costs.
Required profile
- Strong supervisory experience in high‑end residential building operations.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
- Knowledge of relevant building codes and occupational health and safety requirements.
- Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
- Basic computer skills for using management systems, email, and documentation tools.
