Building Supervisor – Commercial & Residential

About the role

We are looking for two experienced Building Supervisors to join our growing team in Adelaide, one focusing on commercial sites and the other on residential projects. In these hands‑on leadership positions you will oversee construction activities, coordinate trades and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day site operations across multiple projects.
• Coordinate and supervise trades, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Monitor project progress and ensure milestones are achieved.
• Conduct quality inspections and ensure compliance with building standards.
• Maintain a strong focus on workplace health and safety.
• Liaise with clients, stakeholders and internal teams.
• Resolve site issues and provide practical solutions.
• Complete all project documentation and reporting requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Building Supervisor, Site Supervisor, Site Manager or similar.
• Experience supervising commercial or residential construction projects.
• Strong understanding of Australian building codes and construction practices.
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Current driver’s licence.
• Relevant building, construction or trade qualifications (preferred).
