About the role
Hastha Solutions has an urgent need for a Broadcom Automic Senior Developer on a 6-month contract in Sydney, with possible extension. The role covers designing and delivering workload automation solutions, leading upgrades and providing Level 3 support.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement complex workload automation solutions using Automic
- Develop and maintain Jobs, JOBP workflows, schedules, events and calendars
- Lead Automic upgrade planning, execution, validation and stabilisation
- Provide Level 3 support, root cause analysis and problem management
- Ensure governance compliance for changes, releases and audits
- Coordinate with stakeholders, infrastructure teams and vendors
- Drive continuous improvement through standardisation and automation hardening
Required profile
- 8-10 years of experience in Broadcom Automic Workload Automation
- Proven experience in solution design (HLD/LLD) and enterprise scheduling strategies
- Australian or NZ citizens or PR holders only
Required skills
- Hands-on Automic expertise in Jobs, Workflows, Events, Calendars, Variables and Notifications
- Automic upgrades including AWI, UTF8 migration, DB upgrades and CAPKI
- Troubleshooting of platform, agent and workflow issues
- ITIL knowledge (Incident, Problem and Change Management)
- Scripting in Shell, PowerShell or Python
