Brand Manager - Audio Visual

About the role

Harvey Norman, Australia's largest retailer of lifestyle products with nearly 300 stores worldwide, is hiring a Brand Manager for its Audio Visual category. Reporting to the National Marketing Manager and based onsite at the Homebush West Corporate Office, you will develop and run marketing plans and initiatives that drive brand growth, customer engagement and commercial results. The role works closely with internal stakeholders, vendors and external agency partners.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the Audio Visual brand strategy to drive growth, engagement and commercial performance.
• Develop and deliver integrated marketing campaigns, promotions and product launches across multiple channels.
• Partner with suppliers, vendors and agency partners on marketing and advertising programs.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and consumer insights to strengthen brand performance.
• Manage advertising across TV, radio, catalogue, print, digital, social and in-store channels.
• Keep marketing collateral accurate, on-brand and delivered on time.
• Analyse campaign performance and recommend improvements.
• Ensure advertising and promotion comply with Australian Consumer Law and internal compliance requirements.

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Commerce, Business or a related discipline.
• Strong Audio Visual industry knowledge and an established network of supplier and vendor relationships.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Experience working with suppliers, agencies and cross-functional teams.
• Right to work in Australia.
