About the role

Fundamental Worldwide is expanding its face‑to‑face operations across Australia and is looking for enthusiastic Brand Ambassadors to join the team in Chippendale, Sydney. This casual, on‑site role involves representing the brand directly to customers, promoting products and services, and delivering a positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with the public in high‑traffic locations to promote the company’s brand.
• Communicate product benefits clearly and answer customer queries.
• Achieve sales targets and generate leads through face‑to‑face interaction.
• Maintain a professional appearance and uphold brand standards.
• Provide feedback on customer interactions to improve future campaigns.

Required profile

• Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, public environment.
• Willingness to work at least 30 hours per week.
• Reliable and punctual with a focus on delivering results.
