Branch/Sales Manager - Mt Isa

About the role

Elders is looking for a Branch/Sales Manager to lead its Mt Isa team on a permanent, full-time basis. As Branch Manager you will manage all aspects of branch operations and lead a small team in delivering excellent service to pastoral customers in the Mt Isa and NT Barkley area, while driving sales and empowering staff.

Key responsibilities

• Inspire and motivate your team to maximise their potential
• Ensure best management inventory controls are followed
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and give personalised recommendations
• Cultivate new sales opportunities and strengthen Elders' market presence
• Drive the marketing and promotion of all Elders products
• Prioritise the safety of staff and clients and contribute to the zero-harm culture
• Coach and mentor staff in identifying and developing new sales opportunities

Required profile

• Sales management experience with an understanding of agricultural services
• Comfortable and thriving in a collaborative, agile working environment
• Resourceful, forward-thinking and passionate about real change for clients and the community
• Ability to deliver a high level of customer service and build client relationships
• A tertiary qualification is not essential
